KPT ASSOCIATES LIMITED is a private enterprise duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) as a limited liability Company according to the laws governing the registration of companies in the Federal Republic of Nigeria as regulated by the Corporate Affairs Commission.
- THE DIRECTORS
The Company Directors are Chukwuma Katchy PhD FNIM M.IoD (Managing) Nigerian, Patience Katchy ACA, FITN, MNIM (Mrs) Nigerian, and Chiedozie Katchy ACA Nigerian.
- THE MANAGEMENT
Under the table leadership of Chukwuma Katchy PhD FNIM M.IoD an ip3 Certified PPP Specialist and an APMG PPP Professional (Foundation) as the Managing Director, Patience Katchy ACA, FITN, MNIM (Mrs) operates as the Financial Director while Bar. Felix Katchy LLB is the Legal Associate. The ICT Manager is Mr. Chinua Katchy B.Sc(Hons) Computer Science. All members of the Management Team have undergone a two-week APMG Foundation Examination Preparation Course . This Course has equipped the entire Team with a working knowledge of PPP.
- MARKET GAP
Many state governments in Nigeria having realized the negative effect of budgetary constraints in the provision of infrastructure have turned to the option of using Public Private Partnerships (PPP) to provide these dividends of democracy to their citizens.
However, PPPs are complex and complicated, and new departments, new skills, new processes and attitude are needed to achieve successful transactions. Best practices require that a Centralized PPP Unit and a decentralized Ministerial PPP Units be established and staffed with personnel with the requisite skills. We help Governments create PPP Units and provide Ministries/Departments/Agencies (MDA) personnel with the required PPP skills through our training workshops.
We work closely with relevant public officers to establish these Units and fulfill the needs of a Government’s training programme within schedule and budget. We do this by establishing clear goals and a comprehensive solution based on the needs of each Government.
